Freshly prepared pork tamales, available in the husk or not, with enchilada sauce, cheese and onion on the side. (Must be ordered 24 hours in advance)
Carnitas de Puerco: Chunks of tender pork and sautéed onion, served with handmade corn tortillas, cilantro, rice and refried beans.

A freshly prepared garden salad for 10 people, made with iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, purple cabbage and cheese. Dressing selection includes Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Thousand Island, Honey Mustard and Italian Vinaigrette.

Price is per gallon and serve approximately 10 to 16 people. Includes ice, cups, lemon wedges and sweetener (for unsweet).
